Building Care Together Campaign
Mark Dickinson has been named to a 13-member fundraising cabinet to lead a campaign on behalf of the Victoria Hospitals Foundation to raise $25 million for the purchase of equipment for Victoria’s new hospital.
The capital campaign for the benefit of the hospital – the Patient Care Centre – scheduled to open in March of this year is being led by co-chairs the Honourable Ted Hughes, OC, QC and Leslee Farrell.
As one of the most significant health care developments in the history of the Victoria region, this 500-bed, eight-storey new hospital will support multiple areas of care and will be a state-of-the-art medical facility.
The Building Care Together campaign was officially launched on January 19th, 2011.
