When it comes time to sell your yacht, Van Isle Marina can help. Van Isle Marina is pleased to offer transferable moorage through our Yacht Sales program.
The current market is challenged by moorage space. Marinas have significant waitlists, and as a result, boat deals are collapsing when there is nowhere to moor them.
Moorage customers who list & sell their boat through Van Isle Marina Yacht Sales may transfer their marina slip to the purchaser.
With this program, prospective buyers are incentivized to pursue your boat over others. Additionally, you receive a 100% moorage refund should we be successful in subletting and transferring your slip to the purchaser.
