Boat Mooring & Marina Rates

Yacht & Boat Moorage

Boat moorage is available annually, monthly and nightly for boats up to 200 feet plus in the marina’s 500 open and covered berths.

Moorage for Marina-Owned Boathouses:

$1.45 per sq. ft. of area per month
pre-paid to March 31, 2023

Moorage for Customer-Owned Boathouses:

Under 500 sq. ft: $33.80 per foot of width per month
Over 500 sq. ft:   $ 1.07 per sq. ft. of area per month
pre-paid to March 31, 2023

Please Note:
  • Moorage fees are calculated on the length of the yacht or slip, whichever is longer.
  • The yacht’s length overall is measured upon arrival. This includes all components from bow to stern.
  • Our Moorage Credit Program allows you to earn money while your boat is away from the marina.
Utilities:
  • Electrical consumption is metered
  • Utilities fee (electrical service, water supply, waste disposal, Wi-Fi system & other)
    • 15 Amp – $32.00 per month
    • 30 Amp – $32.00 per month
    • 50 Amp – $45.00 per month
    • 100 Amp – $115.00 per month
Guest Boat Moorage:

$2.20 per foot per night

$3.25 per foot per night 75′ & over

    • 15 Amp – $ 11.00 per night
    • 30 Amp – $ 17.00 per night
    • 50 Amp – $ 22.00 per night
    • 100 Amp – $84.00 per night
Other Services:
Car Parking: One free permit
$650.00 each additional permit, per annum
$600.00 reserved space, per annum
Storage Lockers: $35.00 per month – 27 cubic feet, 3’W x 3’L x 3’H
$65.00 per month – 36 cubic feet, 3’W x 3’L x 4’H
$120.00 per month – 72 cubic feet, 3’W x 3’L x 8’H
$125.00 per month – 92 cubic feet, 3’W x 4’6″L x 6’6″H
$130.00 per month – 105 cubic feet, 3’W x 4’6″L x 7’9″H
Live-Aboard Status: $365.00 per month
General Labour: $99.00 per hour
Marina Tow: $6.75 per foot, minimum $240.00
Wait List: $175.00 per annum
