Please Note:
  • Full Haul-out includes Haul, Position, Block, Launch
  • Half Haul-out includes Haul, Remain on Trailer, Launch
  • Environmental fee of $0.95 per foot applies to all haul-outs.

 The following information will assist you when scheduling your haul-out:

  • Provide the marina with your boat’s specifications including the length, weight, beam, draft, and make
  • Communicate any other unique information about your boat that needs additional consideration by marina staff
  • Yard layday charges do not apply on the day of the haul-out or the launch day
  • Maintenance and repairs can be carried out by you as the boat owner or approved trades
  • 200 feet of dedicated dock space is available to you for ease of access before and after your haul-out
  •  If you are arriving from a neighbouring marina for your haul-out, we will provide you with a convenient courtesy shuttle or complimentary taxi voucher back to your vehicle
  • Security gate cards are available from the marina office to provide you access to the Yacht Park
  • Half haul-outs are convenient for inspections and marine surveys
  • Please contact our marina office for any questions and for scheduling your haul-out

Power Washing: $3.55 per foot
$4.65 per foot 40′ & over
Bottom Painting: $99.00 per hour plus materials
Yard Layday*:
*Do not apply on the day of the haul or launch.
$2.20 per foot per day
Yard Layday Electrical: 15 Amp $11.00 per night
30 Amp $17.00 per night
50 Amp $22.00 per night
Ground Sheet: $0.95 per foot
Site Clean-Up: $65.00 per 1/2 hour
Rolling Scaffolding: $45.00 per day
Reblocking: See Half Haul-out Rates
Extra Trailer Time: $215.00 per hour
Forklift: $115.00 per 1/2 hour
