13th Annual Apple Festival

Salt Spring Island is holding its 13th Annual Apple Festival October 2nd, 2011 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Take the boat or ferry over to Salt Spring Island and enjoy their delicious Apple Festival.  All apples are grown organically and local on the island.  Sample the apple pies made with 15 apple varieties and the fresh apple juice made from specific apples.  Just because it’s fall doesn’t mean there still isn’t plenty to do around the islands.
