2012 Peninsula New Year’s Celebration for the Family

The Panorama Recreation Centre and the Peninsula Celebrations Society is sponsoring 2012’s First Night New Year’s Celebration.  This is a family New Year’s event with food, music, and dancing along with activities for the entire family, including swimming, arts & crafts, inflatable obstacle course, giant movie screen, and fireworks.  This will be a fun filled evening starting at 4:45 pm and ending with the firework finale at 9:00 pm.

Schedule of activities:

• 4:45 pm – doors open
• 5:00 pm – activities begin (skating, games, bouncy castle, hockey, & much more)
• 5:45 pm to 7:00 pm – Soul 62 R&B Band Concert #1
• 7:30 pm to 8:45 pm – Soul 62 R&B Band Concert #2
• 8:30 pm – activities end
• 9:00 pm – fireworks!
