The full-day event will be hosted at the Victoria Conference Center on Saturday, February 22 from 12 pm to 5 pm. The cost for the event is $5 online, $7 at the door and children 12 and under are free. Vendors will share great food, beverages and cosmetics to sample and buy as well as educate and create community awareness around gluten intolerance, digestive disorders, and health & wellness. Thought leaders, nutritionists, chefs and discussion panels will speak on nutrition throughout the day in a private theatre, with the opportunity for questions and answers.
At 7 pm there is a presentation by acclaimed New York Times best selling author of The Wheat Belly, Dr. William Davis at The Victoria Conference Centre, this is an opportunity to listen and learn from as well as connect with others in discussion and learning. The cost for this is $25 online or $30 at the door.
