The North Saanich Flavour Trail offers residents and visitors the opportunity to explore and experience Peninsula food and agriculture – and have fun! The Flavour Trail officially opens at the North Saanich Farm Market on Saturday morning followed by two days of food, farm and rural fun at 16 venues and activities! Learn how to grow your veggies and make your own sorbet. Watch a sheep dog herding demonstration. Meet Bella the jersey cow and her family, Sarah the spotted pig and her daughters, Silke and Sadie. Enjoy fine wine and savour local cuisine. Relax and enjoy a cuppa with fresh scones and strawberry jam. Picnic by the Salish Sea.
