Salt Spring Island Eco Living & Home Tour

 

Salt Spring’s Eco-Living & Home Tour is back! Visitors from all over the Salish Sea are welcomed to Salt Spring to see innovative examples of eco-building, renewable energy, tiny homes and sustainable living. The Eco Living & Home Tour includes food gardens, edible landscapes, Electric Vehicles, vineyards and a window into innovative, eclectic island living.

The self-guided tour includes some of BC’s best examples of green building. Showcasing homes from tiny to grand, the Eco Living Tour promises visitors a glimpse into Salt Spring’s unique ’boutique gumboot’ style.

This years tour will feature a solar homestead, trendy yet practical ‘tiny homes’, an executive home built using hemp-crete, and a host of other examples of award winning ‘Green Renaissance’ buildings and landscapes.
